I won’t bore you with platitudes; I know you’re anxious to get on with the work and accelerate your healing. I would be, too.

In your first session, we’ll jump right into “getting to know you,” to help you (and me) connect with who you REALLY are, what you love, and what makes you amazing.

You’ll also learn your range of tolerance to help you know when to change your behavior or environment before it sabotages your business or healing efforts.

Healing Head Start #1: “Trauma Healing + Stress & Anxiety Relief”

Both files below use the same embedded solfeggio tones: to relieve stress and promote healing from trauma. It does not matter which of the two you use. I’ve only given you two options to suit a wider range of musical preferences.

This healing category is offered first in TRANSCEND℠ because chronic stress and old trauma create *the* top mental-emotional blocks sabotaging success and healing.

These cause speed bumps and roadblocks in all areas of life. Addressing them is literally crucial.

My first experiences with these were incredible. Whenever I’d turn one on at a moderate volume—listening ONLY to that for a few seconds, without doing anything else yet—I INSTANTLY began feeling tension physically melt away. Amazing.

These worksheets give both you and I a true reading of exactly where you’re starting from. This helps me tailor the program to your specific needs. (As one example, it’s how I select the brain rewiring exercises you’ll get later.)

You’ll complete these sheets again near the end of the program to gauge your progress, to evaluate your readiness for the next phase (TRANSFORM℠), and so we’re sure the workshop is addressing your most up-to-date needs at that point.

HOW TO USE YOUR HEALING HEAD START℠

These are just ideas:

  • when sleeping (POWER STRATEGY)
  • when getting ready for bed
  • when preparing meals
  • when talking with my significant other
  • while working
  • while working out
  • while doing yoga
  • while meditating (POWER STRATEGY)
  • while receiving reiki therapy (POWER STRATEGY)
  • while reading
  • while studying
  • during psychotherapy
  • while shopping
  • while browsing the internet
  • while watching TV (POWER STRATEGY)
  • while talking on the phone
  • while in a meeting
  • while cold calling
  • while on Zoom or conference calls (at barely perceptible volume, please!)
  • while writing

Please DO NOT listen to them while driving or operating heavy machinery, if they make you drowsy. (They shouldn’t.)

Listen to them at a volume comfortable for you. The volume that literally feels good to me depends on my mood, what I’m doing, the time of day, and other factors. So again, use a volume that works for YOU. The louder the better, it seems to me. But not too loud, of course, so as not to damage your hearing.

As often as you like, preferably at least 3xs/week for at least 15 minutes.

Daily use is strongly recommended, particularly during sleeping or activities when you’re “in the zone.”

I listen(ed) to mine for hours on end in the beginning, because they were unobtrusive (i.e., the rain sounds were my fave). Play one every time you remember. They’ll give you a HUGE boost.

Remember, just “set it and forget it.” Loop them in your audio player if you’d really like to “forget it.”
