Welcome back, Free Thinker:
In our upcoming live session, we’ll discuss how you handle stress. I’ll help you start to identify what stressful emotions FEEL like in your body. This is important to be able to squash it before it sabotages your efforts.
We’ll also cover how to mitigate the environmental impacts of stress, and you’ll learn (and do) a body-based tool for helping you improve your interoception, or “felt sense.”
