Energy Medicine (by Email or Phone)

This is the best and most affordable place to start your deep release journey,
particularly if you’re new to energy medicine.

All  energy medicine sessions are now for the Emotion Code, as follows:

You’ll fill out a quick form asking:

– your age (to decode at what age an emotion got trapped)
– 1 to 3 challenges to work on (as specific or vague as you like)
– severity of each challenge (0 to 10 scale; 10 = disabling/severe)
– whether you’d like checking for a heart wall
ALL sessions are done ASAP, in the order received, and usually within 1-3 business days of booking. It may be up to 5 business days in rare cases of lots of bookings.
  • You’ll receive an email about what was found and released immediately after your session — within 5 or 10 minutes. This allows you to calculate the session time, in case you were having some unfamiliar sensations (warmth, coolness, lightness, etc.).
  • This post-session email will also include the soonest date your body will be ready for another session. (This is the last question I ask during your session.)
You do NOT need to do anything special during your session, nor know session time in advance, to reap the benefits.

We’re happy to answer your emailed session-related questions for up to 4 business days after delivery.

Somatic Stress-Release Sessions (1-to-1 & Group)

Unsure what you need most, or want to try a few things? Book this live session.

Each one is 55-minutes, private, and customized.

Harmony will use what seems best for you or your group that particular day, for the specific challenge(s) you’re dealing with. (All sessions start with a brief talk.)

But if you’d like to try a specific modality, just tell us when you book.

Meditation is not about sitting cross-legged on a cold, hard floor in silence for an hour. (Well it can be… if that’s what you’re into.)

It can also be done walking, lying down, standing up, or seated in cushy places while thinking, feeling, or visualizing. And it can last just a few minutes, or longer.

It’s entirely up to you.

So in your first appointment (and by email a bit beforehand), you and Harmony will chat about what works best for YOU, your attention level, and comfort level.

She’ll design a regular practice just right for you, and however long you want to spend on it. You’ll meditate together starting from your very first session. Sessions are also recorded for your use as guided meditations later.

Whether you’re athletic, or the “chill” type, or somewhere in between… you’ll learn to use yoga to support, strengthen, and improve mobility in YOUR body.

No matter what it’s currently like.

First, Harmony will learn more about your current mind-body state: your goals, challenges, injuries, level of mobility, fitness, etc. Some of this happens by email before your session.

You’ll then practice yoga in this same session, live, or she’ll record an on-demand package you can use later. (Your choice.)

What is SomaSoothe? The art and science of using different ways of coaxing your body to think clearer, feel more in control, and inspire yourself in the exact moments you need to.

Whether you need help sleeping, or delivering a presentation in the midst of a stressful meeting, these are the “tools” you need to do it. (Yes, you can do many of them—covertly—in public!)

These may be breathwork, bottom-up trauma recovery tools, mobility improvement, energy medicine, or other strategic tension release tools, depending on your unique needs.

Again, after learning your goals, personality, and preferences, Harmony will design your custom Flow. You’ll flow in this same session.

Depending on the type of Flow that’s right for you, session can be recorded for your later practice.

Your session can include any or all of these.
