Reiki Therapy: An Overview
Reiki therapy, while traditionally done in-person with hand-to-body contact, can also be done at a distance. Energy knows neither time nor space, and absentee sessions can be just as effective.
My reiki sessions have always been offered as about 80% absentee, with 20% in-person. So I’m well familiar with running absentee sessions, which are typically done via video call, but can also be done via phone or while you sleep.
For energetic support, I use various reiki modalities, always customized to your unique needs, to offer you a well-rounded, comprehensive treatment with the most powerful, yet gentle, energies that fit your situation. Schedule instantly online using the buttons below.
(If needed, see “What is reiki, how does it work, and how can it help me?” or read testimonials from my reiki clients.
Sessions will be designed to help improve whichever areas of your physical, psychological, emotional, or spiritual bodies that you share need addressing.

The Difference Between Reiki Session Lengths
With reiki therapy, the treatment time doesn’t always matter. Even still, a ReikiIntensive session is strongly encouraged if it’s your first time and you know you need significant support. (Why?)
Full-length ReikiIntensive or ReikiComplete sessions are recommended in three cases. For:
- very long-standing issues, or
- your initial treatment sessions (new clients), or
- a very stubborn challenge you’re trying to heal.
If you’ve had at least one ReikiIntensive already (or it’s just not within your means), the ReikiComplete should be okay.
But it would always be a mistake to schedule 2 ReikiBoosts instead of 1 ReikiComplete, assuming it offers double the treatment time at less cost. It doesn’t, actually. :} ReikiBoosts are best for maintenance, or after you’ve already made some good progress with full (Complete or Intensive) sessions.
